Joey Jordison (slipnot's drummer) is on the Tee shirt for my son James.
For more information on these great Tee shirts please go to

Michael Jackson's Greatest Hit's Volume 1

I was listening to this album this morning before going to work. The drumming and bass playing is fantastic as are the players featured on this album, the drummers featured on this album are as follows

Jeff Porcaro, Nduga Chancler, J. R. Robinson and Brian Loren.

The bass guitarist's are as follows

Louis Johnson, Terry Jackson, Bobby Watson, Nathan East
and Steve Lukather.

have a listen to this album and see for yourself, the playing is truly superb. You will notice that the drummer's never overplay but keep the rhythm nice and solid. You will also notice that this album features lot's and lot's of percussion. There is a message on this album that reads, we all greatly miss Jeff Porcaro

I would also like to draw your attention to a couple of my favourite
albums that i listen to on a regular basis, at least a couple of times
every week.
Marvin gaye's What's Going On

The drumming throughout this master piece is done by Chet Forest, and
the bass playing is done by James Jamerson. James play's on all but one
track, of which is played by Bob Babbit.

Listen to this album, the playing is sublime. This album is a favourite
for many drummers around the world including Chad Smith (Red hot chili
peppers) and Steve White (Paul Weller)

The other album is Marvin Gaye's Let's Get It On

The drumming is played bt Paul Humphrey and Uriel Jones the percussion
is played by Eddie "Bongo" Brown
The bass playing is done by Wilton Felder and James Jamerson.

Another masterpiece from Marvin Gaye, this album features some of the
very best drumming you will ever hear. If you have not got it then i
would strongly recommend that you get hold of it. Your parents might
have it as these albums by Marvin Gaye were released in the 1970's.

You will have probably noticed and recognised a couple of the names on
these three albums. James Jamerson bass guitarist was one of the studio
session players for The Tamla Motown record label. he was also part of
the session team known as The Funk Brothers.

Paul Humphrey is a top session drummer, who has played on many records
by Steely Dan etc, he also played on an album that is featured on this
site by Steely dan called "Aja"

Nathan East is one of the best studio session bass guitarists and he is
a favourite bass player of Phil Collins (Genesis)
Steve Lukather is the bass player from the band Toto, this is the band
that was put together by Jeff Porcaro many years ago.
