or Thursdays to get help around accommodation, benefits, employment,
training etc.
Sadly, we are no longer able to offer this service due to
a change in our funding. Therefore, the Information and Advice
'Drop-In' will close on 27th July 2000.
If you have any worries or would like to talk about any of
these changes then please ask to see a member of staff.

Ongoing services at:
The Junction Counselling by appointment for Under 21s
The Youth Advisory Clinic available Monday to Friday from
3.30pm to 6pm and Saturday 11am to 1pm. (Doctor available
Monday, Thursday and Saturday).
The Youth Service 'Pop-In' for Under 21s will be open Wednesday
7pm to 10pm and Friday 11am to 2pm.
Poole Advocacy Service for 'looked after' children and young
people in Poole (aged 12-17yrs).

Bournemouth Advocacy Service for 'looked after' children
and young people in Bournemouth (aged 12- 17yrs).
Safe On The Streets initiative, for Under 18s who are homeless/runaways/at
risk.
Where To Go For Help If you are under 18 and 'in need' Social
Services may be able to offer you support and advice.
Social services also have duties to support young people
leaving care. If you are under 21 and have been in care, Social
Services have a duty to 'advise, assist and befriend' you
until your 21st birthday.

If you are homeless or threatened with homelessness,
the Housing Department has a legal duty to look into your
case. If you are considered to be vulnerable, and therefore
in priority need, the Council may have a duty to provide you
