FOOD FACTS
Your daily choice of foods is important to your health and
most of us know some of the obvious rules about what not to
eat and whats good for you but knowing the rules and
sticking by them are two different things.
TIPS FOR A HEALTHY DIET
Enjoy your food:
This
does not mean eat as much as possible of the foods you like
best - you would soon get bored of that. It does mean that
whilst there is no harm in the odd bag of chips or chocolate
bar you should take care to eat as varied a diet as possible.

The food groups:
No
one food is perfect but a good combination of goods contains
everything needed for health and well being. There are five
major good groups and if you can manage to eat food from each
of them you should be eating a balanced diet.

Meat,Chicken,Fish, Eggs, Pulses and Nuts:
Fruit and Vegetables:
