Carersline Carers National Association - the voice of carers in the UK.

Lifebytes is aimed at Key Stage 3 pupils aged 11 - 14 years. It covers all the health topics in a bright and fun way and includes a quiz on each topic. It includes a number of links to health sites aimed at young people. The sites cover all the main health topics including healthy eating, physical activity and drugs, and support the National Curriculum and National Healthy School Standard.

Mind, Body and Soul is aimed at Key Stage 4 pupils aged 14 - 16 years. It covers all the health topics and is designed to target the teenage audience. It includes links to a number of websites related to health suitable for a teenage audience.
